  • At Empowering Connection we offer a range of supports in the 'Core' Category. These include Personal Care, Social and Community Supports, Group Activities, and Supports in employment.

  • At Empowering Connection we offer a range of supports in the 'Employment' Category. These include Finding and Keeping a Job, Supports in Employment, and School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES).

  • Empowering Connection Provides both Specialist and Non-Specialist Support Coordination services.

How do I make a complaint or provide feedback?

As a Registered and person centred NDIS Provider, Empowering Connection is always open to hearing any complaints, suggestions for improvement, or compliments. We would love to know how we can best improve our services, policies, and operations to meet the ever-changing needs of our Participants, Care Consumers, and Residents.

If you are unhappy you can also submit a complaint to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission via https://www.ndiscommission.gov.au/contact-us/makeacomplaint or by calling 1800 035 544
