As a Registered NDIS Provider, Empowering Connection is always open to hearing any complaints, suggestions for improvement, or compliments. We would love to know how we can best improve our services, policies, and operations to meet the ever-changing needs of our care consumers, participants, and residents.

You can provide any type of feedback using the feedback form, giving us a call, or by email at ndis@empoweringconnection.com.au. If you are unhappy you can also submit a complaint to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
