Our Directors are deeply committed to the well-being of all participants they support. Their personal experience in caring for their mother with Multiple Sclerosis has given them invaluable insight into the needs of participants and the significance of delivering top-quality support. With compassion, understanding, and a relentless pursuit of excellence, Bailey and Imogen lead Empowering Connection with a steadfast focus on empowering participants.
Our Chief Executive is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and management of the organisation. They oversee the development and implementation of policies, programs, and services that meet the needs of our participants.
Bailey has extensive experience in the disability sector, informed by his own lived experience with a disability. His primary roles include Support Coordination and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching for participants.
Under Bailey’s leadership, Empowering Connection has become a provider committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate support. He is dedicated to driving the organisation’s mission and vision, fostering a culture of excellence, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

Opperations Manager
Our Operations Manager oversees the daily operations of Empowering Connection, handling staff recruitment, training, supervision, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a positive work environment. They ensure individualised, person-centred support plans for participants, promptly addressing their concerns and advocating for their needs.
Imogen is driven by a desire to make a positive impact in the community, leading with a passion for participant justice and ensuring quality and genuine understanding in all supports provided by Empowering Connection. She specialises in hands-on disability support and serves as the Team Leader, embodying our commitment to excellence and advocacy for all.
