TEAM LEADER

Imogen is our passionate Team Leader at Empowering Connection. Growing up with family members with disabilities, she has developed a vast knowledge of the NDIS and a deep passion for providing quality, understanding support.
Outside of work, Imogen thrives in dance, cricket, and athletics. She loves Olivia Rodrigo and dances frequently at Jay School of Dance.
Imogen finds great fulfillment in her role, ensuring that Empowering Connection delivers quality and empathetic support. As a Team Leader, she oversees and mentors support workers, coordinates care plans, and advocates for participant needs. Imogen’s commitment to empowering others reflects her personal journey, aiming to provide the supportive care she wishes her family had received. Her dedication to making a difference truly shines through in everything she does.

SUPPORT COORDINATOR

Bailey is our dedicated Support Coordinator at Empowering Connection. Having autism himself, Bailey has always been immersed in the world of NDIS. In 2021, he founded Empowering Connection with the goal of providing the quality and personalised supports he did not receive in his youth.
As a Support Coordinator, Bailey plays a crucial role in helping participants navigate the NDIS. He works closely with clients to understand their individual needs, develop tailored support plans, coordinate services, and ensures they receive the best possible care. His role is vital in empowering participants to achieve their goals and thrive in their community.
Outside of work, Bailey enjoys building Lego, gaming, photography, and coding. He’s a huge fan of Star Wars and loves watching FBI TV shows.
Bailey’s passion for the NDIS is the foundation of his work. His ambition to provide the best support possible for his participants shines through in the intentional care provided at Empowering Connection. He finds it incredibly rewarding to support participants in the way he wished he had been supported.

SUPPORT WORKER

With 5 years of dedicated experience, Daniel is valued member of our team at Empowering Connection. His passion for making a positive impact in the community is evident in the strong, lasting relationships he builds with his clients. Daniel's role involves delivering compassionate care and ensuring each participant receives personalised support to thrive every day.
Daniel works with a number of our participants and has extensive experience with a range of disabilities and forensic histories. His expertise and understanding enable him to provide tailored support that meets the unique needs of each individual.
Beyond his professional commitment, Daniel’s interests in music, drama, and sports reflect his active lifestyle. He’s an enthusiastic member of the SCCAS Theatre Group, a spirited player for the Southern Breakers Soccer Club, and enjoys engaging with the community through Zest.
Daniel’s commitment to providing exceptional care ensures that each individual he works with receives the attention, respect, and assistance they need to lead fulfilling lives.

SUPPORT WORKER

Dan brings 8 years of valuable experience to his role, specialising in personal care, daily activity assistance, and providing emotional support and companionship. His expertise extends to mental health support, allowing him to offer tailored and effective care. Dan particularly values the opportunity to enhance clients' lives through shared activities such as drives and walks, creating meaningful interactions that uplift their day.
Outside of work, Dan is a passionate reader and writer. He enjoys diving into book series like The Stormlight Archive and Malazan Book of the Fallen, and he also writes his own sci-fi fantasy novels. His love for storytelling is complemented by his appreciation for classics like Star Wars, The Lord of the Rings, and Gladiator.
Dan’s dedication to providing high-quality support is evident in every aspect of his work. His genuine care and thoughtful approach ensure that he makes a meaningful difference in the lives of those he supports, helping them to achieve their fullest potential.
