As we age, certain daily tasks can become challenging. At Empowering Connection, we provide Personal Care services to help seniors maintain their independence while receiving the support they need to continue living comfortably in their own homes.

Our Personal Care services focus on the personal well-being of our clients, ensuring they receive the necessary support to manage their day-to-day lives with ease and comfort. We offer a wide-range of services aimed to support our clients’ independence, including:

• Bathing and Hygiene

• Dressing

• Mobility Assistance

• Toileting and Incontinence Care

• Medication Reminders, and

• Nutritional Support

Eligibility:

This service can be provided:

• on its own through the Commonwealth Home Support Programme, or

• with other services as part of a Home Care Package
