About Empowering Connection Group
We believe that everyone living on the Fleurieu deserves to have compassionate and quality support to live the life they want. Empowering Connection was started after Bailey and Imogen’s mother was unable to find quality and compassionate supports for her Multiple Sclerosis (MS).
Whilst Empowering Connection started as a NDIS Provider, We have since grown into a provider offering a range of supports including:

Youth and Young People Supports
Employment and Career assistance (Disability)
Aged care and in-home care (Rolling out soon)

Our capabilities as a Registered NDIS Provider
Empowering Connection provides quality audited and compassionate services funded under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). These services include:
Social and Community Supports
Employment Supports and SLES
Personal Care and Support
Support Coordination, Specialist Support Coordination, and Psychosocial Recovery coaching
Household support (Domestic Assistance and Maintenance)
Supported Independent Living
Complex and HIDPA Supports
Our capabilities for youth and community services
Empowering Connection believes that to achieve a truly connected and thriving community, there needs to be supports available to all people. That is why Empowering Connection will be rolling out Youth and Community service offerings in the next quarter of 2024.
These services will include:
After school Homework Club
Group activities for young people after school
Tutoring and Mentoring for young people
We are very excited to roll out these opportunities and look forward to being able to support a wider range of people on the Fleurieu
